Juicy's 8-week Summer Shred Program
The Summer Shred Program is for the men focussed on building muscle endurance while shredding and toning. We will focus on decreasing body fat while increasing muscle mass through a periodized set of workouts. It will include high intensity strength training while highlighting functional mobility. Active recovery will be included on the rest days. The program length is 8 weeks long and if purchased through the Jhansen Performance App, nutritional programming will be included. THERE ARE NO SHORTCUTS. This program was specifically developed to challenge you physically & mentally in a barrage of ways. Everyone has a common goal to see results. This program is my personal exercise map to creating a happier, healthier, stronger & leaner version of yourself.
