The Slim Thick Program was designed with the ladies in mind. This program focuses on building and toning muscle while also trimming body fat. The functional training mixes cardio into the workouts and balances high intensity days with strength building in a progressive method. Throughout the program, we focus on activating and growing the glutes and ensuring we have hamstring and quad activation. The core focus in this program is complete and thorough. The Slim Thick Program can be used to spot tone the glutes, waist, and thighs while correcting form and imbalances. Open to beginners through advanced, this program is periodized and will get more challenging as the days go on. This program is 8 weeks in length with 4-5 day workout weeks and includes rest days with a list of active rest activities. Gym membership required for machine work. If purchased through the Jhansen Performance app nutritional programming will be included.
